Terms of Service — SketchFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SketchFlow (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License & Usage

SketchFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and professional creative work. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without written permission.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the sketches and content you create using SketchFlow. We do not claim ownership of your creative work. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide sync and backup services through iCloud.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SketchFlow may offer premium features via in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or use the App for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

SketchFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or creative work. We strongly recommend maintaining local backups of important sketches.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
